Introduction

Security is a paramount concern for Opensee, and we recognize the valuable role that skilled security researchers play in identifying vulnerabilities across technology platforms. If you believe you have uncovered a security flaw within Opensee's service, we encourage you to notify us promptly so we can address the issue together.

Responsible Disclosure Policy

To report a potential vulnerability, please contact us via email at admin@opensee.io. We commit to acknowledging your email within one week of receipt. We ask that you allow us a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue before making it public or disclosing it to third parties. Our goal is to address critical issues within ten business days of being notified.

We expect all parties involved to act in good faith, refraining from actions that could compromise privacy, damage data, or disrupt Opensee's services. Please only interact with accounts for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.

Exclusions

Opensee provides this service to maintain a safe and secure environment for all users. As such, any users found engaging in the following activities will have their credentials deactivated immediately:

  • Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks
  • Spamming
  • Social engineering or phishing directed at Adoptech employees or contractors
  • Attacks against Opensee's physical property or data centers

This policy pertains to the Opensee Application and any associated subdomains or services. Reports for vulnerabilities affecting our marketing website (www.Opensee.io) without sensitive data are not accepted.

We appreciate your efforts in helping to ensure the safety of Opensee and our users. If you have any feedback, questions, or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@opensee.io.

Thank you for your collaboration in maintaining a secure environment.
